General Guidelines

Booths must be attended during all open show hours.
Up to four adults per confirmed application are allowed per booth. Any additional helpers beyond four will need to purchase a badge for $20 per person. Only those registered with management at least 14 days prior to the event will have access to the show floor during load-in and before public admission. I
If you require more than four dealer passes, make your request early!
Do not bring unregistered helpers!
No dealer helpers are permitted to shop before 12p on Saturday when general admission hours begin.
Merchandise Guidelines
Limited to areas of interest related to 20th-century modern art, architecture, design, and style. This is a vintage show!
No late reproductions, knock-offs, or contemporary creations are allowed. Only 20th-century period vintage or secondary market licensed originals should be displayed. If such items are noticed on the show floor you will be asked to remove them.
Replacement parts, alterations, and approximate dates of manufacture should be noted on price tags.
Reference and educational materials are welcome.
All merchandise displayed must be priced, offered for sale, and guaranteed as represented.
Show management will be the final arbiter in disputes regarding merchandise authenticity.
Booth Maintenance
Booths are to be attended and kept in an orderly condition.
No “sold” tags are to be applied until after the start of the Friday Preview.
Only easy-release masking tape may be affixed to Exhibit Hall walls; only gaffers tape may be affixed to the floor.
Neither fixtures nor unsold merchandise may be removed before the Sunday 4 p.m. close of the show.
Animals (except service dogs) are not permitted inside SCC.
Sales Tax Compliance
Retail sales will be subject to Hamilton County Ohio sales tax.
State law requires that we keep Ohio vendor numbers on file.
An application for Ohio Transient Vendor’s license is available online at www.tax.ohio.gov.
Payment and Refund Policy
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required with the application by October 1st.
Balances are due by January 20, 2024, but may be paid on location on February 23 prior to load-in.
Returning dealers from the 2024 show are guaranteed booth space only if the application is received by October 1, 2024.
New applicants unknown to show management are directed to apply online.

The City of Sharonville and Queen City Shows LLC (management) assume no responsibility for injuries or losses for any reason. Should this event be canceled, this agreement will be terminated, and management shall be exempt from any claims except for the return of exhibitor deposits (minus any expenses incurred).
