SCC now has dock security on site.
SCC dock security will manage unloading and loading schedules.
Everyone will have an assigned time, and will not be allowed in outside of designated load-in.
Everyone will be scheduled in one-hour increments. You may not leave your vehicle unattended. You may only drive in to unload, then promptly drive out. If your vehicle is in the space for more than 60 minutes, the dock security may make you move your vehicle.
Dock security will not allow anyone in the building without a badge.
Upon arrival, check in with the security guard who will page us to meet you up front with your badge.
You must provide us with the names of any employees who will be at the show by February 5th. Failure to do so will result in extended wait times. Please submit the names as soon as possible to avoid this.
Per SCC guidelines, anyone driving in must be approved in writing, in advance. If you do not have written approval from the show promoter you will not be allowed to drive in.
Drive-in request/requirement is submitted with dealer application form. Jess will call to discuss the situation. If approved, written approval will be sent to the dealer and SCC.
The docks that used to be used for the 200 rooms are no longer available. We will have 4 docks and 2 drive-in bays available. Porters and carts will be available for use. Tips are appreciated but not required for porters.
Booth location will determine load-in time. Late arrivals and some large trucks or trailers may not have the drive-in option and will need to use a dock with lift and carts.
Carts are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Porters are available to assist with load-in and load-out. Tipping is appreciated.
Parking
The biggest complaint we receive from shoppers is regarding parking. Please be mindful of this, and help everyone out by moving your vehicles, trailers, cars, etc to the furthest end of the back lot. This will provide closer space for shoppers.
