When is payment due?

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required with the application by October 1st. Balances are due by January 20, 2024, but may be paid on location on February 23 prior to load-in. Returning dealers from the 2024 show are guaranteed previous booth space only if the application is received by October 1, 2024. If you need additional time to submit payment, please contact Jess.

Who has access to the show floor?

Prior to show hours, only people with an official badge will be allowed onto the show floor. Per SCC guidelines, dock security will not let you into the building without proper credentials. Be sure to have your badge with you at all times - do not leave it in your booth overnight.

Can I drive in?

Per SCC guidelines, anyone driving in must be approved in writing, in advance. If you do not have written approval from the show promoter, you will not be allowed to drive in. Drive-in requests are submitted with the dealer application form. Jess will call to discuss the situation. If approved, written approval will be sent to the dealer and SCC. The docks that used to be used for the 200 rooms are no longer available. We will have 4 docks and 2 drive-in bays available. Porters and carts will be available for use. Tips are appreciated but not required for porters. Booth location will determine load-in time. Late arrivals and some large trucks or trailers may not have the drive-in option and will need to use a dock with a lift and carts. Carts are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Porters are available to assist with load-in and load-out. Tipping is appreciated.

How are booths assigned?

We will do our best to assign you your preferred booth. If this is a different location from last year, please note we will not be able to guarantee a change. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

When can I set up my booth?

Set-up times are based on booth location. Refer to the floor plan for set-up windows. Jess will send you your designated set-up time closer to the show - the goal is by February 1st.

Can I push my booth into the aisle way?

No. We made the decision to make the aisles wider to improve the attendee experience. If we notice you have pushed items outside of your allotted space, we will ask you to move them. Please do not do this as it causes frustration on both sides.

Is electricity included in my booth?

If you let us know in advance, we can add electricity to your booth. You will indicate if you would like electricity on your application. We have a limited number of power strips and extension cords, so we recommend you bring your own.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the convention center?

Yes. If you are using Wi-Fi to run transactions, please login to SCC-Vendor with the password V3nDOR$@tSCC989. This is a secured network for vendor equipment only! Please do not connect to this network for other uses.

What is the sales tax in Hamilton County?

The current Hamilton County, Ohio sales tax rate is 7.8%. We are required by law to forward your contact information and your Ohio vendor’s number to the Ohio Department of Taxation when requested to do so.

When can I share my booth number publicly?

You will receive an email confirming your published booth number. Our goal is to have booth numbers published by mid-January.

How can I get postcards or posters?

You can request these when you submit your application. If you need additional posters or postcards, you can request them via the link here: www.DealerLobby.com/Forms.

Can I get a discounted hotel room?

We have been trying to secure a hotel partner since taking over the show. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get any discounted rooms without signing a contract - which we are not prepared to do. We have listed some of the hotels in the area; you can view them by visiting www.DealerLobby.com/Hotels.

How can I get featured on 20th Century Cincinnati’s Instagram?

Send photos to Jenni@QueenCityShows.com.

Are you hosting a dealer meet and greet again?

Yes. We will be hosting a dealer meet and greet at Third Eye Brewing on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each booth will receive two drink tickets included in their dealer packet upon check-in. There will be light appetizers available. If you would like additional food or drinks, they have a full menu available for you to order from (you will be responsible for this bill).

What is the cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make the show, please let Jess know as soon as possible.
